This bracelet is great, it feels like really durable metal, high quality feel and the engraving is incredibly precise and feels like it will last for a really long time. Customer service was spot on, better than I could have asked for. I messed up the shipping originally and was sent another bracelet, sadly I messed that shipping up too. Long story short, I was dealt with for much longer than I needed to be and the seller was extremely patient and I got my bracelet and love it.

Second to none customer service! They did an amazing job with a shadow box project I needed done with a short suspense. Noticed an issue with the dog tags after I picked it up. They were quick to respond after hours and fixed it first thing early the next morning before their actual business hours before I departed FLW so it was perfect. They have pride and passion for what they do. Also a week prior they did some AGSU nameplates on the spot while I waited. Highly recommend!
